• Maintenance Team Lead

    The maintenance team lead will plan, develop, manage and provide effective leadership for the maintenance team including maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of Fitesa’s business goals and objectives.

    • Actively lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure effective communication across & between shifts and with the production teams to maximize productivity and minimize cost.
    • Ensure utilization of preventive and predictive maintenance systems to increase equipment reliability.
    • Efficient use of reliable troubleshooting methods to ensure up-time, production volume and quality goals are met.
    • Effective use of training resources to maximize team technical skills.
    • Support, maintain, and improve processes associated with the computerized maintenance management system.
    • Lead the team by proactively resolving employee issues, builds team work, encourages innovation, and ensures adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Responsible to provide leadership for the ongoing development of the maintenance team including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
    • Facilitates maintenance shift turnover meetings.
    • Leads and supports continuous improvement efforts.

    Qualifications & Requirements ​​

    • High-School Diploma/GED Equivalent required. Associates Degree in Mechatronics or related degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 yrs manufacturing experience required. Non-wovens experience preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 yrs leadership experience strongly preferred.
    • Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred.
